    Kevin was terrific with my difficult subdivision. kept us in the loop every step of the way and took care of all the issues that came up throughout the process. was straight to the point with all issues and made it simply for us to make any decisions. a pleasure to deal with and highly recommend for anyone with a curly subdivison!
