  It has been 6 months and i still have no desire to smoke. no thoughts of resuming the stinky expensive dangerous habit again. i seriously don't know how i would afford it, but i am so relieved that the hypnotherapy was an instant effortless success. thank you

  It has been just over a month since i have quit smoking, so far so good. the urges are there on occasions but leave just as quick as they arrived. i am starting to see a bit of weight gain which i tried to avoid and will work on, apart from that happy so far.
