Imported reviewCannot recommend these guys enough. i had a work van that was misdiagnosed elsewhere and then put on a tow truck elsewhere where they caused more damage. i luckily drove into carline to have them look at it and if it wasn’t for these guys i would have lost my contract. they kept me in the loop daily as to what was happening and went above and beyond anything i’ve experienced before. my 4 vehicles have now found a new doctor. incredible service but more importantly for me they do excellent work and reasonably priced. trust is the word that springs to mind when i’m thinking of carline. from tayla at the front desk to all the guys in the workshop, i cannot thank you enough. ask for big daddy in the factory, he’s the bomb …

Imported reviewVery disappointed with my experience. i took my hilux here to have the stock exhaust reinstalled so i could clear an epa notice. before the work, the exhaust wasn’t leaking. after i got the vehicle back, i noticed an exhaust leak. when i finally had the chance to bring it back, i was told the flange had failed and was charged $100 to fix it. when i looked underneath the car after the original installation, i noticed what appeared to be sealant used around the exhaust joint instead of what i expected to see at the flange. that raised concerns for me about the quality of the work. i understand parts can fail, but the leak only started after the exhaust was removed and reinstalled. i expected the shop to stand behind their work instead of charging me to rectify the issue. based on my experience, i won’t be returning.
