  The ballarat tramway museum is an absolute gem of a place to visit! the admission price includes a ride on one of the vintage vehicles, and the static storage vehicles are also accessible to have a look (a couple are roped-off from visitors). the buildings are modern and clean, and it's definitely worth a look!
