    Being my first time trying hot yoga i had no idea what to expect. i walked into such a peaceful and calm vibe, the instructor olivia was super warm and welcoming. the class itself was definitely an experience! olivia was incredible in her guidance on the poses throughout the class, it was challenging but i walked away feeling great.
