    Great yoga and meditation. a hidden gem. instructors guide you in a very comfortable manner. good friendly feel in the room. a wonderful inviting facility. yoga great now learning meditation and again find the guidance very appropriate and knowledgeable.

    A lovely place for yoga, meditation and kirtan right in north adelaide. saturday morning yoga class is a great general class with a relaxed vibe. the meditation and kirtan nights are fantastic! love sunday night kirtan. parking in north adelaide village is a good option if you can't get street parking. highly recommend.
