  I cant recommend natalie highly enough. i was very sceptical initially, but started seeing the weight drop a few weeks in and i havnt looked back, 8kg down and i now have the mental tools to keep going. natalie is wonderful, easy to talk with and has made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
