  I found bernie very obliging and helpful, his level of customer service was especially appreciated when he fixed my computer from not starting because of a broken on/off switch. it was an easy fix for him as he swapped the power on cables with the reset cable and now i have a working computer.

  My laptop died and so i took it to bernie to see if he could get the data off. unfortunately the hard drive was broken and he was unable to recover it. he was kind enough to not charge me for his effort trying. i found bernie to be knowledgeable and approachable and will go back if i have other computer issues. thanks.
