    This is not your everyday yoga space that's used for aerobics and other activities, this is a dedicated yoga space with a intensely calming vibration. the teachers are all professional and dedicated. i can promise you a good experience.

    Hands down the best yoga studio in wollongong. the space feels authentic and warm whilst not being overly stylised and new agey. the quality of instructors is superb and it feels like there is a big focus on injury prevention and attention to detail which many studios lack

    Great teachers, good focus on health and modern lifestyle. i was worried there would be a lot of esoteric magical stuff, but it was all about mind and body. the teachers really are motivated and carefully observing the individuals for personal suggestions and advice. highly recommended
