    Adam is one of the most knowledgable and professional physios i have seen! our sessions are not only helpful in relieving my pain and improving my movement but also informative. he gives me the why's and how's for every movement and adjustment. highly recommend adam and movement therapy.

    So good. both andrew and jacob were expert in assessing and treating the source of my neck and shoulder pain. their manipulation gave me relief within 24 hours. it is such a relief to to be in the hands of professionals in their business. will certainly be a regular!!
