    Was shopping in anaconda wollongong store. i was served by alison who was standing in as manager. her service and friendliness were fantastic! great to see good old fashioned service. grabbed a bargain as well.

    These guys are brilliant. i had the incorrect item (two left shoes) sent to me in the mail. the staff at this store demonstrated 100% committed and focused customer service to get the issue resolved. a very well led and motivated team. couldn't be happier with the outcome.
