    The palms village is a lovely place to live, the only problem is the airplane that go over, a bit noisy then but you do get used to them.

    Palms village is for over 50's. the vans are all privately owned. it has a maintenance man whom mows the common area. visitors park outside. park has an electric arm barrier at entrance/exit gate
