    It was my first time to do yoga and it was great!! the instructor, grace was very good teacher for every level. she showed us and explained every movement clearly and gave individual support to each student. i definitely recommend.

    Highly recommend. rebecca is a great instructor, very welcoming and kind. classes are suitable for all standards and ages. really enjoy unwinding at lunch time with a class. buy a multi pass and it works out to be only $18 a go. also has two changing rooms and mats for everyone to use for free.
