Imported reviewI thought we were out of luck when my husband and i needed a document notarized with an apostille certificate (the thursday before christmas). i called sam park and he quickly understood the urgency. he met with us same day, notarized the document and personally went to dfat for the certificate. i highly recommend sam park.
