    I cannot recommend nu moves physio highly enough. the entire team are friendly and highly knowledgeable. i have received treatment from josh for several recent injuries, and he has helped me rehabilitate and get back to full mobility in no time at all. it’s a no brainer if you’re looking for a new physiotherapy practice!

    Josh and the team have helped me majorly in rehabilitating my ankle to full strength. josh is very knowledgeable with a wealth of experience. very rare in this industry to find someone you can trust. i would recommend josh and numoves to anyone!
