  Mel was able to support me to quit vaping in a session that was relaxing and incredibly positive. mel is very professional and a great communicator. she made me feel at ease the entire time with her sense of humor, knowledge and positive outlook. i will be returning to mel for future sessions to work through other personal goals.

  Mel was incredibly helpful for my needle phobia. after just one session i was able to get a blood test without almost any issue! truly incredible as i am known to pass out and have major panic attacks. highly reccomend her if you also struggle with needles!
