  I love fyona's yoga sessions and meditation. she is knowledgeable, with a great sense of fun. fyona personalises sessions to address our individual needs. i will be continuing on with fyona, hopefully for the longer term. yoga keeps me focused when i write and helps me to be mentally and physically strong, so crucial as we age.

  Got the pleasure of experiencing a private class with fyona this past weekend. the class far exceeded any expectations i had and left me feeling amazing physically and mentally. i would highly recommend fyona to anyone and hope to take another class in the future.
