    Love going for walks around walka. beautiful area to sit and watch the birds and wildlife. close to maitland. looking forward to updates for the facilities and for the site to be more …

    Very beautiful area with a lot of good picnic spots and a great walking track. kids play area is currently cut off for asbestos removal but other areas are still usable and gorgeous.

    Fabulous habitat for a great variety of birds: it will be such a shame if the site gets developed for commercial purposes, because the birds will vanish.
