  I saw erica today for increasing pain in my heel. when i walked in i couldn't put weight on my heel. by the time i walked out i was planting my foot again. the shock wave therapy was quite unpleasant but erica kept me well informed of what was going on, when the level of intensity would increase and checking in with my pain levels.
