    My first time trying pilates and although i was very nervous, the staff and clients at tonic have made me feel extremely comfortable while trying something new. it's now my regular place, wouldn't go anywhere else as a beginner!

    Harry came in to look at our old air conditioner near the end of it's life. he was very helpful and explained all of the options. showed me possible replacements. all in all a great service.
