    Amazing gym - trainers are all so knowledgeable, easy to talk to and not intimidating at all. the group classes are really engaging. overall gym atmosphere is friendly with a great community of members.

    Since starting at vice and motion, it has consistently been a very welcoming/ supportive environment, from izac and erin to all the members. i love the combination of both the strength and pilates workouts, and the support that you get in these from the trainers. i have been really enjoying my time at vice and motion!

    Best gym with best vibe (everyone is so fun and nice!). the workouts are always so well formed with lots of help from the instructor on my form. using muscles i didn’t know existed!
