    Had a wonderful time learning how to make vegan macarons! faustyne is very helpful and energetic and makes the whole process so enjoyable. je recommande fortement! :)

    Faustyne was a great teacher who really clearly loves teaching. the berry, almond cream and rosemary whipped cream tart tasted incredible and faustyne broke down the steps for us with very helpful tips. i walked out planning my next class to attend!

    Spent a wonderful couple of hours learning to make vegan macarons. faustyne was a great teacher offering many fabulous tips and tricks along the way. the finished product was superb! i can thoroughly recommend it and i'll be looking out for more classes.
